Shepherds Bush I think has cross rail which should help house prices and you got Imperial West development. Not sure what bbc are doing there. Didn't realise Westfield is expanding. In Fulham a lot of the houses have extensions I don't think many are completely original. Do like Parsons Green nice area. Think BMW Cheyne used to be there

I've been in west London my whole life and it's always been a shithole

Not as bad as illford or hounslow

I'm looking forward to the day I move out to the sticks

Property value is not true reflection on how desirable an area is to live.

The value is warped due to supply being less than demand and it's proximity to th city

And yeah it's more desireable to live than pretty much anywhere in UK
