Ok, here's what i did.
Tried to create a new tune but when i connected the MS the settings from it just populated the new project. Couldn't really find a way round that unless i re-flash. (As i write this i just realised i could have used the example tune as a template
)
Loaded the example tune for the MS2Extra fw without the MS connected and exported the spark table then re imported it into my existing tune.
Grom I've also gone through every single menu in my tune with yours open side by side to compare and where applicable all the settings are the same. I did notice you appear to have larger injectors than stock? My required fuel calculation is 17.0 with an injector flow of 15.7 lb/hr yours where 30 something...
I went to try and start it but sadly i get the same results.
Here's a log of it starting:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/189 ... .05.56.msl
And here's some audio to go with the log:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/189 ... squirt.m4a
Any idea's on the next step? I'm going to try and start from scratch with that example tune and see if it makes any difference tomorrow...

have you had a chance to check the timing yet? are you using 84-88 tooth1 angle? you haven't had the plug leads off and possibly paired the wrong cylinders since it ran?
sometimes you can get backfires from having to leaner mixture when cranking you could try turning the ignition on and off 2-3 times before cranking to test as it will fire fuel in for the priming pulse, at 10c im at like 340% required fuel for cranking
again can test plugs in test mode it does try to catch a few times.

Finally! I got it running.
I've been quite busy and haven't had the time to spend on the car hence why it took so long but.
Turns out i had a dry joint on the transistor for injector bank 2 so that's why when i did have it running it must have only been firing on 3 cylinders...
Got a very slight misfire going on but it just needs a good tune now..
Anyway Grom cheers for all the help mate.
