Saga continues, injectors went back special delivery on Monday and received on Tuesday. Injectors at 50% duty cycle and above are matched. However differences were noted at the lower end on the 3 injectors that were suspect that I could move to working cylinders that would then cause them cylinders to go down. Have been cleaned back flushed and re tested with differences still apparent. However I haven't seen the results and don't know if the same conditions that the car at idle is being produced probably only open 1 to 2 m/s but would need to scope the car out to find this but don't have injectors to do this. Has anyone ever had anything like this, so annoying long weekend got nothing planned and could have been working on the car

All sorted, got a special delivery yesterday and a different set of injectors that had been machined to fit like the last ones and put them in, and back to 6 cylinders and car behaving perfectly. Full marks to Mr Injector UK for sticking with it and not just walking away from the problem. Such a relief. He is still not 100% on what had happened and cant believe how much the car misbehaved as the ANSU machine could only show a very slight difference (and he laptop access to the ANSU to produce different scenarios) not something that would of caused such an issue.
