Yontoo! That's the one. IIRC, there's two parts of it that have to be uninstalled in the right order. I think I had to partly reinstall it, then remove the right part first. Was a simple enough procedure, but had to be done correctly.

Mick, Brian, do you both us Facebook? Or someone that uses your computer goes on there and plays games or uses the features you can add to your profile? Generally, when on Facebook, don't click anything that asks you for permissions as usually they add the crap to our machine.
Without seeing your computer mick it could be numerous things still, but have you checked to see if you can uninstall it in the standard add and remove section through control panel? They're designed to not be deleted that easily.

@ Steve - you didn't click the link did you?!? 8O

yes i checked if i can remove yontoo from my programmes but it's not there to remove ,wor las plays a game on f/b .

i've also done steps one and two in the link Kam-325i posted .

i might try to install yontoo and then remove it and all it's hidden parts as you sometimes get asked remove in it's entirety and see if that works because i still have the problem pop up :(

i'm off out this morning to collect a white 318is so i'll check back later Chaps .
