Well spoke to the guy today who I had in mind, and he tells me it's going to be much to expensive to make, and he would have made it from fibreglass anyway!

He also said that if was able to find someone who could make them from the original injection moulded plastic, it would cost a lot more and would require a good few orders to make it financially viable.

if it gona be made out of fiberglass ill have a word round some conservatory roof places as there a few that migyt be able to do it.
shouldt be that expensive as fiberglass cheap as chips.
and dont anyone dare sugest ab styiling thell just rip us off
