Ive had loads of 2.8 cranks and not one has had any 'hub' type stamps

Hub apparently is the German noun for stroke.

No joy as yet - getting really pissed off with the whole situation - Quarry say the crank came out of a 2.8, Tim Sands sells to me as a 2.8 - turns out to be a 2.5 and im left holding the fecking baby. :x
