Moderator: martauto
MFN will only let cars meet on a Sunday night and this is boy racer night, not sure it is a meet for us?
Imey thought we were going to try Riseley Hall just off jct 25 M1, when the weather gets better i could meet you there and we could ask Brownie the manager if he is up for us using his carpark? They do food and price is not bad.
Drop me your mobile no. and and we will see what we can do.

F**k me........... and there is myself and Clay willing to travel from Essex...........thats what you call a mamouth drive and my Billy aint good on fuel but it's about the crack of meeting up with everyone not about the cost of fuel......... and before someone comments no I aint mad of money but I like to show my car off and meet fellow zoners pmfsl x xOllie_bwoii wrote:E30Shed how far is it to Coventry? I won't be going if its a mamouth drive, as it gets costly in a car that does 27mpg, as you should know.

Welcome to the Zoners tart club you young essex lady. Some of us such as Rav and The Diddler including myself travel all over the UK during the year. My B3 only does 20mph on a run try taking something like that to the Ring then moan about fuel.

I won't be going if its a mamouth drive, as it gets costly in a car that does 27mpg, as you should know"...............LOLpriddie wrote:Welcome to the Zoners tart club you young essex lady. Oh and what kind of prob's does your B3 have if it is only doing 20mph?????............ quote from yourself " My B3 only does 20mph on a run try taking something like that to the Ring then moan about fuel" not being funny but how long does it actually take you to get to the ring at that speed?? LOL...... and just wondering what your quarter mile times are too LOL.........

Having now been to the Toby that day, I know where it is - I think a few people missed the exit off the roundabout upto the pub carpark.
Thanks for the offer of your number.. Hopefully there will be few more of us travel up to Covnext time
Allow me to put the record straight, again.
The reason i missed the slip road, was because the two lards,
both in 325i,s i believe, one with Sat Nav, and one who had been to this venue before, were supposed to be leading the way.
Comes to something when a pair of young cocks, can,t keep
up with a 316 barge and a driver that finished work at 6am that very day. Ollie, i will more than likely do this meet again,
you are more than welcome to follow me mate, do try and keep up though.
yourself a good Road Map, and bloody study it.

I will definately take you up on that offer Rob when it comes round to it.
And I think my 316 will keep up nicely with your 316i.
Who was **** number 2 that couldn't keep up?
I do actually own a map, but it is in the boot and has never been looked at in its existance.

It was me and Dave318i that experienced motorway travel below the speed limit for the first time behind 'warpspeed' gooner... i think we missed the junction because we actually fell asleep

Maybe Ollie might come, as long as he doesn't have to spend more than £20 on fuel

I google mapped Coventry and that is fine by me.
After all I am about 1 mile away from the M1 junction.
You would understand my petrol query, if you earnt what I earnt, and had the hours I have.
BTW any Northampton zoners know anyone that works at Manheim auctions on Brackmills? I am looking to get a job there.

Well I am in hospital if that counts!
It's a mission enough for me to go with out it being located all the way over on the M1 side of the world. It take me over 90 mins to go eastwards to the M1 if I am lucky!
