The rear brake must have been warpped because it was ticking and not random.

The strech was insaine. I put bigger tyres on my 7j's!

I thought it was August edition. We are all getting a copy sent to us and a CD with all the pics. Just hope they don't watermark them.

:ttiwwp: - for an idiot like me anyways

I think 17s are for newer cars than E30s

get the bbs blasted and repainted, theyre a timeless classic which suit the car perfectly, and it'll handle and drive far nicer than on a set of horrible 17s.

momo arrows are a generic mid 90s wheel that never suited anything particularly well, and hasnt aged well either. a wheel from the days when more e30s were councilled up than any other period. right up there with the venom and tsw blade as wheels that should have been weighed in a decade ago.

don't ruin a decent e30 with a poor wheel choice.
cheers,

harry

I'd sell both sets you have and get some Alpina reps 16" or 17" will look great on your car.
Mmmmm, maybe in gunmetal grey just to be different.

When you entered the poll questions the forum should have automatically rejected your Momo option, filled in 1000 voted for BBS and then locked the thread after adding a few pro-BBS threads for authenticity.

It's much easier that way.

But some people want to deviate from the norm, It would be a bloody boring place if we all had identical cars.

Anything but 17's imo, i was always a fan of my 17" alpina reps - until the 16's went on.
The car now stops!! and drives a million times better. 16's or below are the way forward.

Get some RH Topline's imo - if you can find some - lol

We don't have to have the same cars, We can have red ones and blue ones and green ones and black interiors and cabrios and tourings and two tailpipes etc etc.

But we can not have Momo's.

You could always do something totally different and make a decision based on your own taste?

Momo's absolutely disgust me.

They are for drug dealing, Gold 80's S-Class driving chumps and have no business being on a car of the E30's elegance.

Threads like this are holding us back - can we extend the text speak filter to also cancel out the following:

LED
HID
MOMO
TSW
17"
18"
BORBET
CLEAR
TINTED
SMOKED
WING
ICE
SUB
CHROME
KIT
REPS
REPLICA
TEC 1 (joke)

Can we do this today please.

That's a good point. Amend filter to exclude 'wing' if preceded by 'front'.

I'm rolling around in the aisles that was so funny - doing a job properly is a total waste of time in your chav-happy botch job embracing mind.

How is lavishing mere money on maintaining a cherished, long serving sidekick to it's original glory a waste of money - I smell a touch of the green eye. These kinds of sacrifices and dedication to a greater cause you know not, preferring to be led and informed by your style-impoverished peers on what is cool...

For the layman, what I meant was that investing your dough in something like repairing a roofskin properly is more important than new rimz, smoked lenses and a used set of 'leatherz'.

Calm down, It was said in jest.

Chav happy? Botch job? I'd love to know where you get that idea of me from?

I guess you won't ever change your attitude hey? :(

Toplines are wank though..I'd rather run the Momo's

17's are also absolutely fine if you run decent ones with proper sized tyres.
