Well, twenty would be nice. But I'd settle for less... I'm not greedy.

I think this is the kind of car you can fall in love with very easily. The people on here are really passionate about their e30s (Myself included I guess, even though I drive a pretty rough one)

Next Ace meet will be the end last Monday of the month. Sure to be a post in the meets and events section either now or before long.

They seem like reliable cars, but there is alot of jargon on here that I do not understand. I keep on l reading it and thinking god, I have to go back to the beginning. I suppose it will come to me in time?

wooohoo! daffodil distribution time!

don't worry about the jargon, it's only really of interest if you wanna mod/repair your e30. There's so many of these cars running around that just have a regular service. They really do keep going and going... Just what a girl wants I guess ;-)

It kind of grow's on you :)
You get the moment's you don't get in a front wheel drive (ie; Arse out when not expected) and it does wack your heart in ya mouth but you do get used to it. Hope this won't put you off as it is a driver's car, you've had an easy ride with the mini.

The E30 is very much fun and exciting to drive just don't be scared to drive it

And ignore that crap thread about changing the E30, the car was well in it's prime in it's day and still is!

Ahhh now thats the problem, I have driven an e30 and could not get on with the acceleration pedal. I have small feet and had to sit on a cushion to drive it!

Weeziegirl

They are not THAT bad on the rear, just wack some decent tyres and don't go cornering around like a bullet on a rainy day and you'll be alright.

These do grow on you, and soon (straight away) you notice what we are talking about.

go on grab yours, its also great to have girlies in the forum.

yeah but a lot of peeps want them on here for the wrong reasons

the best thing about them is they are a prodominantly male car and that needs to stop. we need to get the girls away from the clio's,corsa's,saxo's etc and get them into a car that is fun to drive!

a woman driving a BMW is heaven imo!

i realy do need to get to a meet soon when my cars back from the garage cos i havent realy met anyone from the site, only adam318i but now he's became a jap boy so i need to get out of plymouth! :D :D

My wife loves my car. She drives a mk1 MR2, which has the greatest steering. She loves the way you can overtake without changing down two gears. Going to persuade her to get a touring or 318is when her's eventually dies.
