thats the way im seeing it. fair enough if he is skint at the moment and has no money to send, he has no money to send but if there is no steering wheel either its become an deliberate scam he's hoped to get away with. he's either bumped k13 and sold it to someone else for a higher price after taking k13's cash or he had no steering wheel in the first place .

K13 is concerned of giving out his bank details.

I am willing to act as an escrow agent (you pay me and I forward to K13).

the only details needed to deposit cash into an account are the account number and sort code. i dont think you can do much with that info to scam any more.

if he no longer wants the steering wheel then id cut you a bit of slack there. times are hard at the moment and perhaps the cash has been needed elsewhere so if you dont have it right away to pay back and he doesnt want the wheel then what else can you do? you cant magic money from no where if you dont have it just now.

Half right, I never had the money to send and I PMed k13 and the mods saying that I am waiting for a cheque to clear, I offered to post the steering wheel but k13 declined the offer, hence the time taken this past week

he had payment for the wheel, he should have used that to post wheel, if there was no wheel use the money that he was sent to pay the man back, that is common sense is it not?

if anyone else was in this situation they would borrow the money , if nothing else to save face.

I admitted that I was in the wrong and apologised to k13 for this and yes I know I have been in the wrong but there's no reason for people to keep posting everyday "why don't you give his money back", fair enough express your concerns if you wish, but there's no need for you to jump up and down everyday as it doesn't make one little bit of a difference. As soon as k13 said he wanted his money back I agreed but I don't make the money myself
