Here's the latest episode of the E30 restoration. Headlights this week.

These ones were not from my car, I had already restored them before starting YouTube. So I bought these from eBay thinking they had metal frames like my ones but plastic ones arrived. They must be from a new model.

They actually arrived with one lens smashed which threw a spanner in the works because finding parts for these things is very hard. In the end, I found a very scratched replacement and went with that.

Top draw yet again mate, I did mine this year and know how much time and effort goes into this mate !!!
You have set such a high standard for others and yourself to follow and you dont dissapoint us .

Thank you, Mart! I think I may do a part 2, adding some touch-up paint, take the lenses off to polish the insides, as well as doing some more polishing to the outsides and then add a silicone coating. We will see.
