Update-

we have BTB 10 manifolds arriving in June-August time.

4 manifolds have already been pre booked by E30zone members.

If you want the best manifolds on the market which give a realistic and proven gain of atleast 15 bhp then start saving now.

No other manifold has ever been independantly tested on a standard 325i to give this:
Image
Dyno Printout Explained:

The red lines represent BHP and Torque without BTB manifold -167.3 bhp / 180 lb/ft

The blue lines represent BHP and Torque with BTB manifold -185.6 bhp / 190 lb/ft

All Manifold are supplied with down pipes with Lambda boss.

BTB, in 2005, developed what is now the best 6 branch manifold for the E30 RHD cars with the M20 engine. The initial agenda was a high performance manifold which would benefit a supercharged 2.7 M20 engine.

The manifold has equal length primaries and has the highest levels of construction.

Trials were conducted in 2006 on a stock BMW E30 325i and the results were spectacular giving a peak gain of 18bhp. The before and after dyno was done on what is regarded as the most accurate chassis dyno in the world - the Dyno Dynamics dynomometer.

The manifold is made in stainless steel only and includes downpipes to fit any 3 piece BMW E30 OEM, Mongoose, Scorpion and Sebring exhaust system (Scorpion and Sebring are available through Evo-S). The down pipes include a lambda boss and an X-pipe to enhance the scavenging effect of the exiting gasses.

These manifolds have been fitted to some of the most high powered E30's including Scott Player's 260 bhp 2.8, Oguz 327's 225 bhp 2.7 and a very potent Alpina C2 2.7 which was recently featured in Total BMW and lastly but not leastly "Racecar's" Supercharged 2.7.

These will fit directly to any Sebring, Scorpion or OEM 3 piece exhaust.

If you'd like to book your manifold in advance just call us and place a deposit of £50 (non refundable)

Yes that's for the whole lot.

Just incase people are thinking - "bloody hell.....the M52 ones are a bit steep" - please take into consideration a few things:

This manifold had it's development costs paid and a large number of manifolds were (and still are) being sold. We guaranteed atleast 50-100 units of these to be sold over 2 years.

If you go to BTB for this manifold it will cost £1300. Even if you bought 5 it would still be £1000.

Only 1 remaining from this batch now. We will start taking pre-orders for the next batch (probably ready April 2008) once the last one is sold.

Don't think so... As the M42 already has a stainless 4 branch as standard the room for improvement probably wouldn't make it viable for them as the gains wouldn't be worth the R&D and ultimately selling cost of the item.

The gains from the M20 are huge as it was only a rubbish cast manifold intially.... as well as making the M20 sound sooo bloody cool with the BBTB one!!!
M42 rightness above 6500rpm, nobody can hear you scream
