What do you guys suggest is the very BEST oil for an m20 engine (325i sport)?

I have bought from you before oilman (silkolene pro s) but i do think sometimes the fully synthetic oils are too thin for the old engines.

Fully synthetic is not too thin if you use the correct one, 5w-40 will be fine as will 10w-40.

If you want the best then its the ester based synthetics such as the Silkolene Pro S, Motul 300v, Redline and Gulf Comp here http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-953-ester-synthetic.aspx
