You can buy bushes that raise the beam by 12mm which is about the max without molesting the floor/chassis rails/diff mounts/trans tunnel etc etc

These plates are back in stock BTW, £50 posted per set to zoners 8)

I also used snap on carbide grinding bits on an air powered ddie grinder. Whizzed through it in minutes :wink:

Yes still doing these, price is now £200 and there is a longer wait unfortunately, I dont have any ready done because im so busy with other work, but if you send me your beam I can have it done in about 2 weeks normally

Not usually but I can if you want me to, ive never had problems with the diff mounts on the subframe, very unusual for them to break

ive got an rb25det dropped in her so just over 300 bhp, been told its advisable with higher power engines.
just trying to source a reasonably priced subframe so mine isnt sat for few weeks.

If you just want some 4mm plate welding over the mounting points its not much of an issue, personally I would double hang the diff using an E36 back plate, will be much stronger than a bit of plate on the beam
