Is there any difference with the clearance factor with this manifold between pre-facelift and facelift? (mainly the steering linkages) I have a tech1 (prefacelift) sport RHD.

And what was I reading about a little earlier in the thread about having to weld and use a dremel to grind it back down? Does this need modification to fit, or does it bolt into place? I have a scorpion setup on it, which is a direct oem fit, correct? (center box delete, but all connecting points are same).

Been looking for a new manifold, as mine has developed several leaks....

Still have the mani/brace combo?

Yes they, do but for me it's easy to say, as I'm the seller

I hope some other zoners could reply to your post and telle them their experiences. Some zoners dynotested the manifold and I'm sure yoy must can find more reviews about the manifold at the zone as there are a lot of post about it.

hi, I was going to install this, and as it was said there should not be any modifications done



but when I looked at my exhaust, I noticed that it's not just fit in, I do need to cut my exhaust to connect the new bit. Is this because my exhaust is not OEM? or the cutting should be done on all E30's ? Or I missing something?


this is my exhaust, the bended part before the box suppose to be the connection point.



box together with the long pipe is one piece. Basically it's connects to OEM manifold and other joint only after the box.



Any suggestions?

It does always fit 6 branches, it def will come because of a not OEM exhaust system

ok, finally manifold is on the car and the rest of the exhaust is brand new, great sound and car fills a bit lighter! It has to be 3 piece system to fit this straight in.

i have a hot tuning manifold with scorpion system, sounds great, alot more responsive, and fits straight on (3 piece) mine has been chipped, on thre dyno it was 188bhp, and that was with a head gasket issue!
