Longer resevoir hose is no problem at all.

I'm not entirely sure what ya mean by the hoses coming forward instead of up yet...
Do you mean as coming out of the rack forwards straight out to the front cross member and then routing back to the pump and resivor from that since there's little clearance above the rack under the under the engine?

If you could get an idea of the length of each pipe you need and maybe a pic of the underside of the engine bay it would be perfect. Not too many M60s over here for me to measure you, lol.

I'm getting a few sets of hoses made now during the week so think I'll wait till I have one set complete to pack it up and find out what the postage is like on them before we sort out payment since it'll be handier.

Its a shame I couldn't have gotten a few sets finished for Quazer to bring back though :(
Suppose this way I can find out exactly what everybody needs, lol

I managed to finangle a stock e36 high pressure line to the pump with a but of bending. So i guess that will do. just need the hose from rack to resevoir. Are these hoses crimped or hose clamped onto the resevoir?

Sorry lads. Just really busy in college these days. Did'nt think we were going to be getting 4 different projects to complete in the next 3 weeks

But anyways. I got into to the place where I'm getting the hoses and fittings made up on Monday. And we sorted out what we need. Ended up being abit more expensive than I thought too since I went for different fittings on the pressure hose so that it will be a better fit and be easier to line up on each end.

He should have 8 of them ready for friday and I'll have to try find some time to make up the rest of the spacers during the week

Sorry again for the delays :(

great, thanks Dave!

Last point, what exactly do we get for our money? is it just 2 x 3m hydraulic hoses less the banjos?

Two hoses, one for the pressure feed with the fittings on each end to bolt into the pump and a banjo fitting on the other end so that you can bolt it up to the rack with the existing banjo bolt. This is around 1.5m long.
The fittings are able to swivel on both ends so that they can be bolted up easily without the worries of cross threading them  and can be tightened up then when your happy with the way the hose fits out around the front of the car.

The return hose is the same idea on the rack side of things and then goes up along to the resivoir which is held on by a jubilee clip.

I must order some more crusher washers then to put in with the set since reusing old ones is just asking for a leak.... from experience, lol.

The the spacers for between the rack and the subframe obvoiusly (If you still need the extra long ones)

cool sounds good, For the moment i am running without the 6 branch fitted as I want to fit the z3 rack and then look at the exact requirements to get it around the manifold (hence the hurry).

I wont need the spacers right now as I want a definite measurement first to get the fit perfect. So how much will it cost for just the hoses posted to London?
