Washing-up liquid is quite good for bushes, because it dries out.

Yeah, I will be using washing up liquid too. I will also be sanding the sharp edges left from machining down a bit more!
They are made from PVC, looks to be household drainage pipe!

Installed mine today, was a PITA only because one of the cap heads that bolt through the sill was rounded and I had to angle grind it off, other than that a really easy install. Be wise and WD40 the bolts the night before through as mine didn't look like they'd been touched since the factory
.
Use some fairy liquid on them and a jack to push them in, worked a treat.
I was very scepticle about them as they looked pretty feeble but they made a huge difference
I've got a welded diff and the subframe bushes are long gone and I was getting axel tramp under wheel spin and the whole subframe was clunking around under cornering. Now the rear end is nice and tight and doesn't clunk (as much
).
Def worth it if your bushes are shagged and your not going to replace them till later. Can't really comment on how it would feel if you had decent bushes in the first place. Best £15 spent so far

Got mine in about an hour ago, the fit is perfect, nice and tight, no need for a jack they literally pushed in with the bottom of my ratchet.
First impressions are good as I noticed straight away the lack of tramp on the axle

Cheers for organizing this group buy
, i got mine OK but i havn't fitted them yet but there's some good feed back from the lads that have fitted them, one of the things i wanted to reduce was axle tramp so these sound just the thing !
I'd have got back to you sooner but my NTL modem shat it's self so i've not been online for a while.

Guess I don't have enough torque to worry about axle tramp
Andy I used a dremmel to round some of the edges off as the way I figure they would cause wear to the bush. Other wise its a good mod for 16 quid!
