I cant tell you for certain, but it will definitely make the job a lot less 'exhausting' :)

im taking the plunge and trying one on mine so i can let you know before you start fannying around, itll be a pain in the arse to fit only to find it wont do the job as that btb covers the steering joint but ill do mine when the engine comes out to make way for the 2.8 at last.
When is that going to be as i would like one to if it will work with my BTB2 and an E36/E46/Z3 rack?
i cant say for certain Baz as it depends on my ramp being free at work and more importantly if my newborn son will let me play out, but i will crack on as soon as i can.

Ok guys, final price will be £62 inc postage for the E36 rack fitting, if you want one for an E30 PAS rack the price will be £66, for an E30 manual rack £68

These will be machined from high tensile steel, no need to worry about heat from exhaust manifolds as they will only get stronger

I will be having a test piece next week, once its been fitted/tested the order will be going in so I will want a £20 deposit from everyone on the list before the order is made.
I will pm paypal details to everyone 8)

Count me in as well. I need to replace my leaky rack before MOT time so I might as well use this and fit a better one!

It's the top that's different, the E34 UJ's have finer splines than the E30 steering shaft.
