Fitted these to my car today, and i would like to add that there is, so far, absolutely no problems & NO increase in road noise or transmission whatsoever that i can notice. My car isnt the comfiest of rides anyway but as far as i can tell, there is also no added harshness over bumps etc etc. Really simple push fit too

Going to get the car on a ramp in the week and check out what castor angles they are giving.

What are the improvements on the road then Dan?Dan318-is wrote:Fitted these to my car today, and i would like to add that there is, so far, absolutely no problems & NO increase in road noise or transmission whatsoever that i can notice. Well on my car it actually has self centre-ing now! Before hand the bushes which were on there, the m3 ones, were fine, but the garage had pushed the passengers side one on at an angle. As a result, as you can see above, the lollipop bracket which bolts to the chassis rail was pointing in an upwards angle if that makes sense, rather than being horizontal. This threw the catsor out on my passengers side and made the car feel unsteady at speed and pull to the left easily on bumpy roads.
The treehouse ones, as well as being lighter, have obviously corrected this fault, but also the turn in is a lot 'smoother' if that makes sense. From eye, the front wheels seem to have even more castor than with the m3 ones also but i will have this verified on some laser equipment in the week i hope.

Exactly that. I pushed them on by hand and they rotate with slight force on the wishbone, but do not freely spin round. There is no extra road noise as i have previously stated.oze30 wrote:Are these push fit (by hand or by press) and do they let the arm rotate ie: no need to put the bush on and let the car settle and dry out like the old style bush?

Big up yaself for arranging the group buy and being quick about it all.

thanks for letting me know. Actually I wasn't really a groupbuy (don't know who renamed the thread) more of a shared cost' purchaseMJG wrote:Item received, cheers Uwe! this was a one off opportunity, not really a GB. If you scroll a few pages back, Mr Treehouse has posted details for GB's. Feel free to start another GB directly with Treehouse.Dave_M3 wrote:How much did these cost in total anyway. Wouldn't mind getting a set in the future
