Q. Why should I buy silicon hoses?
For the best looks and performance it has to be silicon. Silicon hoses operate at much higher temperatures and pressures than other rubbers.

Also they are stronger in various motorsport situations ...and with the E30 the top hose under braking has been known to touch the fan...but most common with the rally cars and serious racers

Also some want the looks with different colours available and reassurance than will never need to buy hoses again
