Please clarify, the kit comes with the eccentric bolts , washer and nuts, right? When will be this ready to deliver?

It doesn't come with them, but they are readily available from your dealer for not much.. It is easier for people to source their own..

They would be ready to deliver within a week or so of them being back..

right have reserved my rear beam at BBB, just need to sort a way of collecting it, will be passing there in a few weeks I think.

Bit of a long shot but I don't suppose anyone is passing BBB and then onto the place that is making the tabs? would be pretty perfect to have it collected and then tabs welded on in one hit!
