I think he popped up today as another user name, there are a few other zoners who sold or bought off of him so someone must know his address.

Did he not pay by paypal, because then youwould have his e-mail address and/or a way of refunding him.

Get the guy to mark it as a prototype or sample with nominal value.

I've done this with thousands of pounds worth of snowboards and MTB gear without a hitch both in person at airports and via post. Just put material value of $75.
