As some of you know i have been getting sets of these M30 mounts made up over the past few weeks, they are virtually the same as the e30.de mounts made from 8mm thick steel and welded to a high standard. I have been running a set of these on my own M30'd E30 for the last month to 'test' them and they were fine (there still on) they are for position 2 or 3

Here's the pics

The mount that goes on the inlet side has been modified to give a bit more clearance around the one bolt hole where the manifold support sits so less grinding of the support is needed but you will still need to open up the hole a touch as normal

The mounts are £100 delivered

Paypal, Cheque, postal order and bank transfer all accepted

Cash on collection welcome

They will be sent out next day recorded delivery with a 'reliable' courier, for example if you pay me on a monday before 4pm they will be sent out that day and you will receive them next day

collection from DY1

Thanks
Lee

I will be getting a set made 'soon' and i will test them on my car but i am confident the M30 will go back further than position 3.

The only problem i might come across is one of the manifold flanges is very close to the bulkhead so it may need 'massaging' back a bit to give a little more clearance, the bulkhead area where the head sits will also need knocking back too but this is standard procedure anyway when fitting an M30.

Ill keep you posted as soon as i know anything.

Let me know too, as I might have a set.
If it does go back far enough, you think you might be able to fit the viscous back on.
I've seen a vid on youtube somewhere and that guys got one on his M30
