Dan, forgive my ignorance but do these tabs to camber and toe? ie, can they welded on with a vertical slot on the innet mount and horizontal slot on the outer mount?

Anyone know how much I should be looking to pay to have these welded to my beam? I've enquired at a local place and am awaiting a price from them but it would be good to have a rough guide price to compare it to.
