Just whack em in cliffy, take the edges off first with some wet/dry or a small file then lube em up with some fairy liquid and insert :)

As Wullie said, you can remove them at any time 8)

any thoughts on which way to orientate them. Best to reduce lateral or longitudinal play? Or perhaps put them in diagonally for a bit of both, and make each side opposing?

Hi, I bought these off ebay 18 months ago. They were a right pain to fit (compared to the suggested ease), had to put the trolley jack under the inserts (took the wheel off the ground before they went in) and used loads of wd40!!! However the rear end was, and is much much more stable under cornering. Alex
