I've been looking into supercharging my 318is and have spotted an eaton m62 off a Mercedes Has anyone ever used one of these ?

I'm a qualified mechanic so not afraid of the spanners and some fabrication but I've never supercharged a car so not even sure how to plumb it up . A turbo I can figure out no problem but would need a bit of help to figure out a setup for my car

Any help or input would be greatly appreciated

Go for a eaton 45 on the 318 its a compact cheap charger that is sufficient as stock for a 318

Would either of those require lowering the compression ratio?

Just away to to buy the bits to stick an eaton on an m42 as well

I've spotted the intakes for fitting them but they are a hell of a price.

Anyone know which 440cc injectors will fit an m42 ? And where is best to purchase

Also does anyone know a part number for ngk7's that will suit?

14mm thread and 19mm reach I believe?

Sorry for the thread hijack
