hi guys pretty much as it is in the title i'm building my m52 e36 2.8 turbo engine for use in the e30, but i have a few other questions too...

the engine is low mileage i'm using origin motorsport forged rods from the states and arp rod bolts, gonna use standard pistons as not going for 600 bhp lol

i'm after 350-400 bhp how ever if i do not need to use the forged rods please let me know (nicely) :)

the turbo kit is from states but i'm changing the turbo for my hks t04r turbo and wastegate has 8 psi spring but i also have 12 and 15 psi springs for later on if i need them,

management is still uncertain so any ideas on that would be much appreciated, the sump is a e34 535i will be modified for oil return pipe etc.

For that sort of BHP you wont need to touch the internals,
the standard rods, pistons will be fine,

Gasket wise I would go for the 0.14 MLS and a set of ARP studs

Engine Management.... I'm running VEMS, and I have to say...it's is the way forward,
speak to a guy on here called Gunni, he'll see you right

What kit from the states is this? Will it fit with regards to your RHD car?

a M52B28 will do 400hp forever and ever. Stock rods hold up to 600lbs torque for a long while before bending.
With great challenges comes great engineering.
