BMW dealer is the obvious answer.
As Brian say, go to you local BMW dealer and order one.
You will need to take the V5 log book, photographic ID and proof of address.
That is the only place you can buy a key and if its a key that fits in a slot, it will come ready programmed, just put it it the slot and start the car then this will initialise the remote locking function.
If it has a conventional key that you put in an ignition barrel then it will start the car but they remote locking function has to be programmed, check you tube for a video on how to do that.
If you have lost any keys, they can be barred from working any more but a BMW dealer or someone with the same software would have to do this.
