I've got a 1986 E30 318i (UK RHD) with the M10 engine. Can't find a throttle cable anywhere!

The OEM part number is 35411154822 but BMW don't make it anymore and I can't find one! Is there a different cable I can use instead? Anyone know of one? Help!

Would it be possible to send me some pictures of it mate as well as the cable length? Not sure whether it'd fit but worth a look!
