I used to look after one exactly like the one in the ebay ad but in slushbox guise think I was about 21 at the time, it belonged to a very nice 70+ year old woman that was a friend of the family, she had owned it from brand new it had covered a mere 1023 miles..
I was late for the MOT appointment due to ford transit drama's so I jumped into the Acclaim in a mad rush not really realizing it was an Auto.. I shot down a hill and when the revs got high I went to change gear stamping on the large brake pedal as if it were a clutch and twatted my head big stylee into the windscreen.. I was unconscious whilst the Trump gathered pace again,
I woke up parked in a field face covered in blood and the turd was completely ruined
