My grandmother offered me hers back in 1998 for £50.00. Was a pea Green one with fluffy seat covers. old Y reg Austin Metro HLE, even had a radio with 2 speakers in it.

Cheap car, paint in satin black, pop and old skool mini cherry bomb backbox on it, lol, right laugh rev the nuts off it in every gear and still only be doing about 30mph. lol

Still reckon theres more Si. I search ebay regularly and they come up all the time. I wouln't put a number on it but say theres 1500 left in existance. Law of averages says there will be more than 29 taxed.

Mk1 Ghis's yes, double figures but the Mk 2 X's, theres 7 on e bay at the moment (listed as Ghia X).

Just searched granada 2.8i ghia x and only one cam up.

Im talking about injection ghia x's not carb ghia x's.

I put 2.8i ghia x into that how many left thing and it came up with 29.

The figures pulled from the site are straight from figures provided by the DVLA themselves. Now you know how crap they are at keeping a tidy database. There might be a load of Mk2 Granada Ghia X's down as Granada, or Granada Ghia.

There's 105 Ghia X Autos... But I'm guessing they're the Mk3.

The only real difference between the Ghia and the X is that the banger boys have a bit more stripping to do. Chuck the air con assembly back inside the twisted, battered shell when it goes onto the scales, a few more ££££.

I had a very rare mk3 fiesta 1.1e (rare because it was painted in smokestone which was a sierra sapphire cosworth colour only unless requested) I don't think everyone would have paid so much for cossie paint on a fezzy!
