Hell yeah!! Always loved these - you can get an Oscar India for 40k-ish.. Which only leaves me short by about £39995!

..so much better than the current range of Astons that have about as much presence as a Mondeo. The engine note is awesome too

Not a huge fan myself, but they certainly have more class than what they have been producing sinse the introduction of the DB7 IMO.

Are these alloy body round a steel chassis/frame like the DB's???

Guessing they are, but never seen one of these in a stripped down state.

I like these alot! 8) X pack is a particular favourite of mine. Nearest thing for me was a pair of Bristols :squint: that my dad had a few years back.

This is for me:

http://www.aston.co.uk/carsales_index/p ... tin/DBS-V8

The original quad light William Towns design. I drove an automatic 1977 V8 once, quite a nice old thing but felt big and heavy. But who gives a shit what it handles like? It looked and sounded epic.

The Brett Sinclair model. I think they are the Aston to have. Purity is everything! Even in Bahama Yellow!!!

I used to pop into the aston workshop a lot when I lived in the toon. they even build DB4 zagato conversion, never got a ride in an aston only a xj220. From memory it is an alloy body over a steel chassis from what i saw in the workshop.

As much as I like seventies Astons (and dislike the 60's stuff). I'd rather have one of these:

I'd lose the bonnet stripe though.
