Yesterday I bought my self one of these, the VW Passat B4 estate who is one of the best work horses from Wolfsburg tbh!

Its a 1.8 petrol who means 90bhp - who means not to bad on fuel who is good these days with hi petrol prices. No fancy stuff aboard, only twin airbags, abs and a electric sunroof. But there are some issues off course!

ABS lamp goes on for like two minutes before it turns off - I think I need to replace an ABS sensor tbh!

The temp guage do not work, so I think I need to order a new temp sensor.

The car it self have got some surface rust so there are TLC on the body for sure.

A very boring German estate!

I wonder, do the 15`inch BBS to the E30s fit this car?

Erik- You've turned into travelling Salesman!

Looks decent.

Temp gague is likely to be the sender, yes. that 1.8 90bhp lump is a good one- lasts well, and takes a beating.

as for the e30 bbs, the centrebore (57.1mm) is the same on VW and BMW e30, so yes they should fit.. THe offset may be different though- I'd compare.

E30 offset on 15" bbs is 24, most golfs (mk2) are 30 odds

Hey guys - thx for answers!

Today it have been the "fix the locks" day - who means buy parts from the German eBay due to car parts are expencive in the land of the north...

So now I have order a new lock for the drivers door (left) and this is the next thing on the list to get new!

The lock to the tailgate

Might not look the part now but with a set of euro looking rims and rear lights (smoked indicator and reverse) and a big drop. The car would look so much better! But as an average workhorse - they're pretty damn bomb proof!
I'll check with the manager
