Currently running Alpha N & carbon airbox but has been suggested I look at running Omex.
Anyone else had any experience?

Limited experience if I am honest (did a bit of mapping on one for a mate running a 2.0 litre zetec in a Mk2 Escort rally car...)
It's pretty good, easy to set up and use but fairly basic functionality and some of it isn't that intuitive. There are plenty of folks out there who know their way around itvas well. Depends on what you want to do??
I am using Emerald on my S14 and can't fault it - easy to set up, easy to get going and make changes. Hopefully making the trek over to Emeralds place soon to get mine mapped if ever I can shut down all the oil leaks!
Good luck!

Emerald would be the other option I guess. I've been mailing Paul Sheppard for some advice and will make a decision in the New Year.

Mark,
Go with Emerald when you decide to do it.
Why not enjoy the car as is for now ?
Going to Brands in the M2 Friday to get some motivation to get the M3 done.
Cheers
Dave

Omex is very good, Ive used it on a number of cars, the 600 series. The guys at Omex are very friendly and very very helpful.
I believe they use mech repairs at Gloucester for their mapping and their tunes are top notch. SO I suppose it depends where your based, emerald is more southern I believe?
