M10 1.8i problem

Hello everybody.
First of all, sorry for posting the same thing from the other sub-forum, but I didn't solve the problem.

Here is my previous post that I posted in "Technical help":

Hello!
I decided to swap my engine (M10 1.6 -> M10 1.8i).
My car is in my friend's garage for more than a month, already. We managed to start the engine, but it shuts down after few seconds on idle or instantly after revving.
The air filter is brand new, the fuel pump is brand new, the lambda sensor is brand new, the MAF sensor and FPR are from car that worked normally. What should I check? What might be the problem?

Thank you upfront and sorry for asking the same question again. I just thought I could find somebody with more experience with M10 engines particullary here.

Possibly a fuel cut-off valve/solenoid that's not connected? I had a Fiat twin cam that needed the solenoid connected to ignition-switched live (+12V) to run.
