engine swap/rebuild m10 stroker

just bought another m10b18 engine mostly complete but in bits, also have a m10b20 crank and the 1.8 head has bigger valves and flowed,
i want to put the 2.0 crank in the 1.8 and make a stroker, however not sure either what con rods to use or what pistons to use.
have seen that you can machine the m10b18 piano pistons or others,
anybody have any ideas or experience, also any worth while mods to do while i'm building it.

2.0 and 1.8 use the same rods, the stroke difference is made up using the piston compression height

So what would be the best combination then? Which crank with which pistons? I also have an M10B10 to rebuild, and I would like to have it bored out, but I have no idea what dimensions I should give to the bores because I don't know which pistons to choose...
