These are still in the packaging from the dealer - never fitted.

Part number on the bag is 34416851438. RealOEM says this was superceded by

34411100550 Adjusting screw

Having recently stripped down my drums on the rear of mine, I'd say they are for a rear disc setup (different from the adjuster setup on drums).
