Why would you want to? The management that the engine runs on perfectly would be the obvious choice for me

Its just that i heard the 404 doesnt have ews so i was wondering could i connect it to my m62 loom or would i need an m60 loom. I obviously would need to remap it after because of the extra capacity so it may be more hassle than its worth.

Its defo more hassle than its worth, EWS is pretty simple to wire up and get working as intended

It can be done, but you need the full m60 loom and sensors etc as well as the ecu. Search for m60b44 as that's almost what you would have.
To be honest it'd be easier to deal with the ews which is easy if you have the chip and antenna etc.
Cheers Chris.
