M60 starter motor question

Hi all
I'm just about to receive my lightened manual flywheel from BBB to convert my M60 from a auto to a manual and it's just dawned on me..... Can I use the starter motor from the auto on the manual?

Have you got a 5 speed chips?

Yep, 5 speed with the BBB flywheel. I haven't tried putting any of it together yet though.

Don't know about the starter but what box are you guys using?

E34 M60B30 5 speed box.

my one seemed to bolt up fine with the 5 spped g/boxand bbb flywheel

Iv got my hands on a 6 speeder so I'll be using that with the BBB fly. If the started seemed to bolt up fine with the 5speed then I guess it will on the 6speed?

Was there much difference with the new fly?
