guys i have a auto loom which came out of a E32 740i along with the engine.
i want to chop off the auto side off the loom,does anybody have a diagram of what wire exactly i need to chop off?

Basicly, everything coming from the auto main ecu plug can be traced through and cut out. You will have quite a few wires going to common soldered blocks which can be cut away. There is one black wire which has a black and a yellow core inside, this can be cut close from the auto ecu plug. (if I'm right these are the 2 cores which need to be joined to fool the main ecu thinking its in gear to raise the idle)
