Wiring Help PLEASE S50b30 to e30

Hi there I've been reading about the wiring up and down but just can't get hold of the right info.

I've an S50b30 with all the wiring, ecu, and relays but how can't find a wiring diagram or adapter to plug into the e30 connector next to the fuse box. Do I have to take the pins out of both connectors and repined or there is any other solution for this??

Most people use the e30 connector and just cut off the e36 one then solder the e30 one on
Or you can buy new pins etc from BMW
