Is there a original bracket I can order to mount the ECU + vanos DME in an E30 or should I fabricate something myself?
I have a LHD E30 (S50B30).

No original mounts from what I know.
I fixed the ECU to a metal plate then mounted the plate to the original E30 ECU mount holes. From memory, good old zip ties were used for the Vanos DME as a temporary measure, but it worked so I didn't change it.
