Just wondering if anyone knows of a bentley type workshop manual pertaining to the s50 b30 & b32 with all measurements, torque settings and instructions etc?
The e36 bentley manual only covers the US version engines,

Have you tried Autodata? Just download it as a torrent and install, has everything about, uhm, anything.
