Apologies to all the true petrolheads outhere waiting for the engine conversion to start but unfortunately good things come to those who wait...i would appreciate any advice that you more experienced gents may have for me in regards the conversion and what i could pre-plan in to help me achieve a better result, whether it be performance related or cosmetic, i.e. engine bay/rocker cover layout etc.....not all at once though!!!

I wanna know which one has worked best for s50b32???
None of the above servos will fit without moving it over!! The clio servo is the best i have used by far, Moving it over is not a hard job :D
The Golf and Clio servo will fit in the standard location if you mod the plenum, but having been there and done that, I'd say moving the servo over is by far the best solution.

i bought the quarters from the stealers at £380 each and apparently it was the last set available, the front wings were off a coupe which we then welded with the bottom ends off my 318 wings.

Yup, that's correct. It's the bar that runs from the pedal assembly, across the bulkhead to the servo linkage. It's longer than the E30 rod.

can anyone tell me how far over i need to move the servo (clio) for it to fit in/work with an e34 brake bar on the otherside of the bulkhead? Can't seem to find an e34 brake bar either and stealers don't have em! Any advice please.

Is that an original S50 exhaust manifold you've modified?

Near completion now, needs 225/40/17s on the rear as arches are rubbing. Engine is running as sweet as Uwe said it was and the drive is suprisingly comfortable. I'll be posting a video up soon.

the airbox was custom welded aluminium then plasti-sprayed....worked well, looks factory don't you think? :D
