Buyer gone mute

I put up an ad for stuff that I'm selling and a buyer put up a deposit and said they will collect this week . It all sounds great so far .

I gave my phone number and address and I asked what day they want to collect so I am home but no answer ! It's been 6 days now and a few emails later no reply so I'm left wondering if he is ignoring me or changed his mind . I can't be home daily waiting for him and the stuff is in my kitchen I'm selling coz I need the space ! What do you guys think ?

He said he's collect this week, errr it's Tuesday, be patient for now I'd say.

dont worry. do nothing until you hear from them.carry on as normal until then.do not sit in your house waiting for the offchance that they may turn up.

Yes been maxed out with paperwork and just had to get it all done so yes I'm back ! Thanks for the thought .
