Hi,

My rev gauge flicks every now and again only when driving, as if its shorting out or something. It only drops a bit sometimes or sometimes all the way to 0 and very quickly recovers, It’s not consistent either, it might be ok one day with only a few flicks, another day, it flicks constantly. The car is also running very rich, it has 2 newish o2 sensors in it with only 1000 miles on them. I've checked the spark plugs and 4,5 & 6 plugs are perfect but 1,2 & 3 are carbon fouled. Are these problems related?

I've read that the rev gauge is governed by the C104 wire but I'm not 100% sure yet. So hoping someone can shed some light to this or if anyone had any details about of the wiring for an 1994 S50B30?

It’s just that when searching the web, its usually shows the US M50 engine or can I assume the wiring is the same?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
Barry

Would this be a possible reason? the crank position sensor is failing?
