MPG?

Hello,

Wondering what MPG you all are getting on average?

Having recently fully restored my low mileage 1990 316i auto I have found a huge difference post some work. Before we found a slight fuel leak (clearly the main issue) and cleaned the injectors I was getting 18-20mpg, now seemingly I get around 28 mpg on a mixed run, and think I could get over 30 on a full and sensible motorway trip.

A bit of redex and some super unleaded didn’t do any harm either. Having recently got my e34 chipped (by Endo in Birmingham) I wondered if there was more room for improvement as it’s helped my 525i tourings mpg.

If it helps I can get around 28 MPG on my 325i (auto) if I drive at around 55-60 MPH on the motorway. Mine is on 159k miles.
