Hi guys, just after some basic service info that I haven't found after a (quick) search. How much/which oil is best? same with coolant? What kind of plugs? It's probably here somewhere and I'm being a flange so please redirect me or just insult me.

Your local parts place should list the specific oils etc for the car.
On my track car I use 10W-40 for the engine, ATF for the gearbox and then some special Castrol LSD oil for the LSD.
Gearbox takes something like 1,5L from memory but buy 2L and have some spare, never harms. I'm pretty sure the engine is a smidge under 5L.
