I'm putting together a high output M42 stroker and just wanted to get some advice or ideas from the UK crowd. Information is very limited here in the US. Take a look at the list I have and let me know if there's anything important I'm leaving out.

M47 crankshaft
S52 pistons
E30 M42 rods
E36 M42 block with piston oil squirters
E30 M42 cylinder head (with 6mm valves, beehive springs & mild port/polish)
Lightweight VW Lifters
Single row timing chain
3-stage dry sump system
19-lb (200cc) fuel injectors
6kg M20 flywheel & clutch

Some questions:
Is it worth the hassle to go to a solid lifter conversion? This isn't going to be a 'race car' but it will be raced occasionally.

Should I go up to 24lb (250cc) injectors?
