Hello,
I'm hoping I'm writing in the correct thread. So my question is that I'm planning to build a M42 stroker using M47 crank, M42 pistonheads with M40 piston rods. That way no bore increasing needed, only machine works are with the crankshaft. Is that a possible way, and how big increase in power can I expect?
I read this on a cool website which I'm not able to find anymore.
Thanks!
Possible M42 stroker build?

Hi there.
Look up m42club. So much info on that site. You will also find my build thread. (Although i have been banned for some reason. Im guessing innactivity)
I have a race engine using 87mm pistons and m42 rods and m47 crank. Im not familiar with the m40 rods. And id be pretty certain some shaving of the pistons will be needed.
